WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN GAY HEAVEN?
Being in the tropics (just 16 degrees south of the equator) it's hot, hot hot! It can also rain. The most likely time of the year for rain is January through April (the green season!). The usual patter in the green season is short, sharp showers which cool the place down. For the rest of the year, rain is minimal.
One of the features of the micro climate of the area is that it can sometimes be cloudy or raining in Cairns and brilliant sunshine at Turtle Cove Beach.
